The Process

Jobs often require specific requirements so the process can be subject to change according to the job but the usual process involves:-

    Discussing your requirements
    We can either visit you at your premises or you can come and visit us at the showroom. At this first meeting we typically discuss size, dimensions, design etc
  2. 2
    Drawing up a plan
    Where necessary or required (often a job may not necessitate this) we take inspiration from existing architectural details to inform the design.
  3. 3
    Confirm measurements
    Again where necessary, we show the client an uncompleted product for sign-off, at this stage we can implement any changes if required.
  4. 4
    The initial stages of manufacture often take place at the forge where the product, if needed, can be galvinised, painted etc
  5. 5
    Assemble and fit
    Usually on-site. The timescale will vary, however in all jobs we are stringent with health and safety and cleanliness.
